Pastor Arthur T. Dean
II
is a native of Fairfax County, Virginia and is a product
of the Fairfax Co. school system. He acquired a Bachelor
of Arts Degree (‘93) and a Masters Degree in
Counseling/Education (‘99) from James Madison University
(JMU) in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
He has been married to Denedriane Dean of Hampton,
Virginia for 18 years, who serves as Co-Pastor of Word
Ministries Christian Outreach Church (WMCOC) in
Harrisonburg, Virginia.
They met at JMU, and besides being the place
where his passion for the Lord developed; his greatest
accomplishment there was meeting her. Pastors Arthur and
Denedriane Dean are the blessed parents of three
children: Arthur III (Tre') 15, Dominique 13, and Adia
10.
While at JMU, he was part of the Student Christian
Outreach Ministry (Student Faith Center) founded by Dr.
David Forbes and the late Bishop Antonio Thomas who
served as Fathers in the faith, in life, and in
ministry.
His parents in Ministry are Bishop Daniel and Co-Pastor
Elena Robertson, Elder Barbara Thomas, and Pastors
Richard and Francine Armstrong of the Worship Center in
Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
Pastor Dean has served in the capacities of both youth
pastor and associate Pastor of WMCOC. He was licensed
and ordained in the summer of 1998. The Worship Center
Ministers Network has also recognized the anointing and
call upon Pastor Dean and their Pastoral Review Board
licensed him for the work of the ministry in 2004.
Presently Pastor Arthur Dean is the Senior Pastor of
WMCOC. He delivers the Word of God with passion,
conviction, and clarity so that everyone is able to
understand what God has always intended for them to
have, and walk it out in their lives.
He and his wife are teachers, preachers, and
gifted by Spirit of God to set people free in every area
their lives, especially marriage and family.

Co-Pastor Denedriane
is a native of Hampton, Virginia and is a product of the
public schools of the city of Hampton. She acquired a
Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from James
Madison University (JMU) in 1992.
While at JMU she met her husband,
Pastor Arthur Dean II and was involved in the Student
Faith Center, founded by Dr. David Forbes and Bishop
Antonio Thomas. They served together there for several
years and in September of 1993, they were joined in
marriage. Together they have three children: Arthur III
(Tre’) -15, Dominique -13, and Adia -10.
Co-Pastor Denedriane also served as a
faithful member of the Worship Team,
Youth Ministry (Youth Pastors), and executive leadership
team of Word Ministries Christian Outreach Church
(WMCOC). In February 2003, God called her to serve as
the worship Pastor for WMCOC. The team has grown with
the addition of new members as well as in their love for
leading the congregation into the presence of the Lord.
Co-Pastor Denedriane currently leads the following
ministries: CROWN
(Christ Revealed in Our Women Now), Worship and Arts,
and is an anointed teacher of the Word of God. She has a
passion for everyone to come into the knowledge of the
grace, freedom, and life that Christ has died and
resurrected to freely give to us all.
